Billy is a sweet and lovable boxer boy. The poor guy has had a rough life so far, being bounced from family to family through no fault of his own. He is only two years old and has found his way to a kind hearted boxer lover who has saved him from euthanasia. His owner was gonig to put him to sleep because they were moving (!) however lucky Billy was intercepted and is now looking for his forever home. Billy loves to play with people and other dogs. He is looknig for a dedicated family with enough energy to keep up with a bouny boxer boy. If you think that you are the right family for Billy, please APPLY HERE.
UPDATE FROM BILLY'S FOSTER MOM - JULY 9TH:
Hi everyone!
Here's some info about Billy!
So far he's great with other dogs, he plays hard (like most boxers do) with my other boxers Georges and Lewis. He tried to play with Flash but since Flash as not interested, Billy ignored him. He's a bit anxious when he first meets other dogs but he has a a good calm way of meeting them. The way you can see he's anxious, is that he drools alot!
Billy gets really exited when he sees my cat and wants to play, but he stops when I ask him to and he does not harm them.
He's clean in the house, crate trained for the night and when I'm not home. He's calm in the house, does not ask much attention.
He's not a big eater but since he is on the raw diet, he eats more (with his previous family he was on very low quality Alpo and was spitting back most of the kibble. However he should be just fine on a high quality kibble). I can put my hand on the bowl and he just stops eating - no aggression. He's fine with everyone so far, a bit more shy with men but he still goes to them.
Outside, the last owner told me if he is not on leash he runs away. On leash he walks well, doesn't pull.
That's my update for now! He is a great boy!
