Hi my name is Bungee and I am sad and confused! My family brought me to the vet to be euthanized because I had developed some slight separation anxiety due to stressful changes at home. They didn't understand that this anxiety was temporary. Lucky for me, the vet and staff at the clinic knew about Boxer Rescue Quebec and my owner agreed for me to have a second chance at life!!

So here I am - waiting for the perfect family to find me. Where are you already!? I am a lovely girl!!! Spayed, vaccinated and had my check up. I am a 6-7yr old female, flashy fawn girl. I have a delightfully sweet personality and I love everyone I meet. I am much more polite and well behaved than my younger counter parts - if you adopt me you will get a boxer who doesn't jump up (!!), walks well on leash and knows basic commands. Pretty awesome if I may say so myself. There are two things that my foster mom wants me to tell you though, and I hope you won't pass me by because of them. First is that I have a slight "deformity". You see my tongue is too long for my mouth and it hangs out quite a bit. It does not bother me at all, so I hope it does not bother you! I can pull it right back into my mouth when I want to play with my favourite sqeaky toy, and I can eat and drink just fine (even though my foster mom has now put a bigger mat under the water bowl!). And the second thing is that I have a grade2-3 heart murmur. It does not affect me at all and I do not need medication. So many dogs live long and happy lives with this condition and all it requires on your part is a regular check up every 6 months by a vet.

What else can I say? I love to romp around the yard, put my face into freshly fallen snow, I'm good with other dogs. I'll soon find out and let you know if I like cats or not. My foster mom loves me to bits and says that I am a very cool girl and very easy going. I need a couch to curl up on and lots of cuddles. So please fill out an application to adopt me by clicking here!!!
