About Fergus

FERGUS IS ADOPTED!

We are sad to say that what we thought was Fergus' forever home is not. Sadly they are no longer able to care for him.  He is one and a half years old, fawn, neutered, healthy and up to date on vaccines.

Originally he was found as a stray with a fractured pelvis and BRQ raised funds to have him operated on and nursed back to health. We got in many applications from great families that wanted to adopt him, and we chose what we thought was the best one. Since Fergus has been adopted, he has developed some separation anxiety and needs to be crated when left alone. He is the kind of dog who needs a lot of exercise and attention. He loves going to the dog park and can play endlessly.

Fergus needs a family with someone home most of the time. He has had private obedience training classes and is very smart. He is well socialized with people and other animals. If you are looking for an excellent canine companion, to go on long walks or hikes with and to play fetch for hours on end - please APPLY HERE!
