VERY URGENT - Bandit needs a petless foster home - short term or long term.

Bandit was just rescued from a severely neglectful situation and he needs a roof over his head! Our problem is that while he undergoes treatment for skin mites (not contagious to humans!) and a skin infection, he needs to be kept away from other dogs and cats. We don't have a foster home without other pets! If you can help Bandit, please contact us at info@boxerrescuequebec.com - thanks for reading!

Please consider giving Lucas a loving retirement

Lucas was rescued from being put down because after 8 years with the same family, they no longer had time for him. He is playful, social and great with kids. He had a few lumps removed by our vet and it turned out he had two mast cell tumors. The vet removed the one on his leg and one in his ear. We thought he was going to have to have his ear amputated. Luckily, the vet saved the ear. Lucas is looking for a compassionate and loving family where he can retire in peace, with love and a very comfy couch. Please email us with any questions.

Baby Dee Dee needs an active boxer loving family!

Dee Dee is a sweet, spunky and energetic baby boxer. She was born on January 19th and she is looking for an active, experienced family that can keep up with the needs of a puppy. She'd love a home with another pooch to keep her company, and a family willing to enroll in puppy kindergarten with her. Interested families can apply here.

Are you looking to adopt a young, handsome and vibrant boxer boy? *Update* Boomer is now with BRQ!

Boomer is a very handsome, large 15 month old boxer. While outside he loves to play with the other dogs like a big puppy and while inside he is calm and loves to chew on his bone or sleep on the couch.  He is full of wiggles when the kids come home from school, happy to see them.  He is great on walks with his harness or gentle leader.  He shows no real interest in dogs we pass along the way (and so far has no interest in our cat). He doesn’t seem to be a digger or a barker, but on the occasion he does bark, it’s a deep “stay out of my yard” bark.  He likes to snuggle on the couch or just hang out on his own.  At night and during dinner we put him in his crate and he doesn’t complain.  With younger dogs he is a playful puppy and with older dogs he shows respect and is submissive.  Although we were told he is a jumper, we haven’t witnessed this behaviour yet. He is learning to share with his foster brother and sister dogs ;0)

*We are in urgent need of foster homes*.
Foster homes make Boxer Rescue Quebec possible.  All our boxers are kept in the home of volunteers.   We provide all the necessary supplies and a crate.  You supply the love, care, and enthusiasm.  Learn more on our fostering page.

Unfortunately, many of our rescues come to us with serious (and expensive) health issues.  Help us help them by making a donation of any amount to Boxer Rescue Quebec.  100% of your donations will go to paying for the care of our foster dogs.  Visit our donate page to make your tax-deductible donation online.
